いや～ほんまにまさかですね・・・・
Ｊ１最下位でＪ２降格が決まっている、横浜ＦＣにレッズが負けるなんて・・・
鹿島が最後９連勝した、すごさもあるが「どうした！浦和」って感じです。
やっぱりメンタル面なんですかね～～？？ アジアチャンピオンになって、その達成感で次の目標がなくなり、体が動かなくなる・・スポーツの世界ではよくあることですが、改めてメンタル面の大切さを感じました。
今、世界のアスリートのほとんどがメンタルトレーナーをつけています。。日本では遅れていますが、急激に力をつけた！急激に強くなったという選手の影には、メンタルトレーナーがついたということが本当に多いんですよね・・・・・・・・
僕が学生の時の先生はアマチュア界のなかでメンタルトレニングにいち早く取り入れた方だったので、僕もイメージトレーニングや脳をα波に変えるトレーニングなどをしましたが・・今は活かされてないなぁ～～ ちなみに恩師はＮＨＫなんかにも出たりする先生なんです。
まぁ～ともあれ 鹿島アントラーズ おめでとうございます！！
